donegalbeermugAlcohol Policy
It is our goal to provide a fun yet safe environment for all who attend the Mud National Events, including the ATV Mud Nationals and Mud-toberfest.  In doing so, we must adhere to and assist in the enforcement of the laws of Texas, where the events take place.  While our events are held on private property, the events are open to the public and therefore the same laws apply as would if located at any other public facility.  We have met with and instructed our security officers to enforce the laws and posted speed limit signs as they see fit to help maintain a safe environment for everyone.  In addition to the officers stationed within the park, the Sheriff's Department deputies will include extra patrols inside the park during the events.
Per Section 49.02 of the Texas Penal Code, if a person appears in a public place while intoxicated to the degree that the person may endanger themself or another, the person is committing an offense and is subject to arrest for public intoxication.
Underage Drinking - Minors who purchase, possess or consume alcoholic beverages, as well as minors who are intoxicated in public, face the following consequences: 1) a fine of up to $500, 2) must attend an alcohol awareness class, 3) serve 8 to 40 hours of community service, 4) loss of driver's license (if applicable).
Again, we want everyone coming to the ATV Mud Nationals and Mud-toberfest to have a great time.  This is in no way intended to hamper your fun, but instead it is our intention to help ensure everyone is safe and has a positive experience while at our events.

Behavior and Conduct at the High Lifter Mud-Toberfest

Please be aware that the security officers at High Lifter Mud-Toberfest are not from a security company. They are law enforcement officers from the neighboring cities and counties and DO have the authority to arrest anyone in the park for illegal activity and behavior. This includes unruly behavior, public nudity, driving drunk, etc. We want everyone to enjoy themselves but not at the expense of others. Anyone who refuses to conduct themselves in a respectful way and who refuses to abide by the requests of the officers or event staff will be escorted out and/or arrested regardless of age or sex.
High Lifter strives for the High Lifter Mud-Toberfest to be a family oriented event.  With the help of the police, park employees and our own High Lifter staff, we do our best to monitor the behavior of our attendees so that no one is offended by behavior, clothing etc.  If you wear clothing that can be deemed offensive to others, you may be asked to remove it, cover it up or turn it inside out.  If your behavior is offensive to others, you will be asked to stop what you’re doing or you will be escorted out of the park by the police.
While we want everyone who attends High Lifter Mud-Toberfest to have a great time riding, seeing old friends and making new ones, please remember that there are thousands of people in attendance and there will be times when you will need to exercise patience and courtesy while riding.

Why should I upgrade to Internet Explorer 7? Microsoft has redesigned Internet Explorer from the ground up, with better security, new capabilities, and a whole new interface. Many changes resulted from the feedback of millions of users who tested prerelease versions of the new browser. The most compelling reason to upgrade is the improved security. The Internet of today is not the Internet of five years ago. There are dangers that simply didn't exist back in 2001, when Internet Explorer 6 was released to the world. Internet Explorer 7 makes surfing the web fundamentally safer by offering greater protection against viruses, spyware, and other online risks.
